  • Android Galaxy View (no longer working)

    Hello,

    I have a premium account for MusixMatch & Spotify

    Since upgrading to the latest version of MusixMatch, I am unable to use the application on the Galaxy View. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and nothing works. I have enabled all notifications and permissions for the app. I can't even launch the application to submit feedback so I am having to email here.

    Everything was working fine until I performed the Feb 28 update that claimed to improve the performance and reduce the size of the application. Now, I can't even launch the application. It freezes and I am forced to close the application manually.

    Spotify version 8.4.53.703 armV7
    Galaxy View Model SM-T670
    Android Version 5.1.1
    (All latest updates installed)

    Could you please check if you have the latest version of the app (7.3.1)?
    We had an issue with the previous one.
