The following error message is mainly caused by the date and the time being incorrectly configured on the device, either through the Automatic setting or through manual configuration.
To make sure that your device has the date and time setting are accurate, please configure manually the following:
- Time Zone
- Date (Check the year)
This issue can be caused also by spam or other prohibited uses of Musixmatch suspected of originating from the IP address you are using.
IP blocking is usually temporary and will go away on its own sometime after the suspicious activity is no longer detected.
Please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
If you are using a VPN, you can switch it off
If you are not using a VPN, try switching to a different network (changing from Wi-Fi to your mobile data and/or switching to a different Wi-Fi network, etc.)
